The Company is thrilled to announce the appointment of Scott Janzen as a Director and Officer of AxiNorth Industries Corp. Mr. Janzen brings more than 20 years of experience across electrical utilities, business development, land acquisition, utility interconnection, regulatory management, and strategic infrastructure planning. His experience aligning power, land, and capital for large-scale industrial projects will further strengthen AxiNorth’s leadership team as the Company continues to pursue data centre development opportunities across Canada.

In addition, AxiNorth is pleased to announce that Anders Kruus will be joining the Company as Fractional Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kruus will support AxiNorth’s financial strategy, corporate development initiatives, capital markets readiness, and long-term growth planning as the Company continues to expand its infrastructure and AI-focused operations.

The Company also announces that Bardia Shokouhi has stepped down as Director of the Company. AxiNorth thanks Mr. Shokouhi for his past contributions and wishes him success in his future endeavours.
