Appointment of Scott Janzen as Chief Strategy Officer

AxiNorth is delighted to welcome Scott Janzen, P.Eng., as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), effective immediately. Scott brings over 17 years of experience with BC Hydro in the electrical utilities and multiple years of experience in computer science sectors, with a strong track record of bridging engineering, data-driven infrastructure and strategic value-creation. His expertise will be instrumental in shaping AxiNorth’s long-term strategic roadmap, cultivating new partnerships and advancing the Company’s mission to scale efficient, modular data-centre capacity.

In his new role, Scott will report directly to CEO Branden Haynes, and will lead the strategy and growth team, working closely with operations, technology and capital markets functions to align resources behind AxiNorth’s vision.

Appointment of Karla Fraser as Chief Operating Officer

Simultaneously, AxiNorth is pleased to announce that Karla Fraser has accepted the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Karla comes to AxiNorth with more than 15 years of expertise in operations management, process optimization, and execution within infrastructure and sustainable-energy environments. Her operational acumen will strengthen the Company’s ability to deliver on its projects, enhance scalability, and ensure that AxiNorth’s modular and structural data-centre solutions continue to meet stringent performance and regulatory standards.

As COO, Karla will oversee the Company’s global project delivery, operational processes, resource allocation and client–supplier ecosystems. She will partner closely with Scott and the senior leadership team to translate strategic objectives into operational excellence.
