Vancouver, B.C. – June, 25 2025 – AxiNorth Industries (“AxiNorth” or the “Company”) was incorporated on June 18, 2025 through the Government of Alberta’s Business Corporations Act as AxiNorth Industries Corp. The Company has recently appointed directors and officers for the AxiNorth Management Board. The directors and officers are as follows:

Branden Haynes – Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Director and Founder

With 25 years of working at the intersection of finance and capital markets, Branden Haynes has set out to take a new approach to technology and the growing data centre industry. His vision is to focus on both greenfield and brownfield projects with the purpose of delivering customizable, scalable, and low-cost structural and mobile data centres in an expedited time frame.

Mr. Haynes’ prior experience in mining, junior markets, entrepreneurship and company creation has trained his core leadership qualities: a blend of vision, mentorship, and adaptability, coupled with strong communication, financial acumen, and a willingness to innovate.

Branden firmly believes a dynamic CEO must be able to build and motivate high-performing teams, make tough decisions, and navigate the unique challenges of a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.

Mr. Haynes holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Finance Degree from UBC Sauder School of Business.

Karla Fraser – Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and Director

Karla has significant experience in the energy space and construction industry and has joined the AxiNorth board as an executive-level leader responsible for formulating, communicating, and executing the overall corporate strategy of the company. Ms. Fraser’s role is crucial for driving organizational change, fostering collaboration, and maximizing the chances of success for strategic initiatives.

Karla graduated from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) with a degree in Civil Engineering Technology and is a certified tradesperson through British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT).

Hector Silva – Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Director

Hector has multiple years of experience in technology, including roles as a Business Analyst and Operations Manager. He has developed strong skills in energy management project design, KPI management, data analysis and has successfully led teams of 40+ staff, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and implemented Power BI and Excel dashboards for performance evaluation and reporting. Mr. Silva is proficient in Lean process engineering and Python for data analysis.

As a Chief Technology Officer at AxiNorth Industries, Hector will oversee our organization’s technology strategy and direction. He is responsible for managing the company’s technology infrastructure, leading research and development, and ensuring that technology aligns with AxiNorth business goals.

Mr. Silva has completed a Master of Engineering – MEng, Energy Management and Systems Technology/Technician at New York Institute of Technology – Vancouver and Diploma in Six Sigma, Process Optimization from Universidad de Chile.

Bardia Shokouhi – VP of Investor Relations and Director

Bardia is responsible for Business Development at AxiNorth Industries. As the VP of Investor Relations, he is a liaison between the company and its investors, ensuring effective communication and building strong relationships. He manages the flow of information, addresses investor inquiries, and represents AxiNorth to the financial community. His role is crucial for maintaining transparency, fostering trust, and ultimately contributing to long-term shareholder value. Mr. Shokouhi is currently enrolled at UBC Sauder School of Business in the Economics program.
