AxiNorth Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Earth Renew to Co-Develop Tokenized Mobile Data Centre Infrastructure

Vancouver, B.C. – October 28, 2025 – AxiNorth Industries Corp. (“AxiNorth” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Earth Renew Limited (“Earth Renew”), a technology-focused infrastructure financing company. The MOU outlines the intent of both parties to collaborate on the design, development, and financing of mobile data centre units powered by innovative monetization technology.

Under the terms of the MOU, AxiNorth and Earth Renew will jointly explore opportunities across the waste-to-energy sector, with a particular focus on monetizing real-world assets (“RWA”) through blockchain-enabled financing models. The collaboration aims to accelerate the deployment of portable, self-contained data centre systems that can serve high-demand AI and edge-computing applications in remote or power-constrained regions.
